
Our Technical Advisory Panel consistes of an international group of experts in fields relevant to the work of the foundation, including educational technology, anthropology, intellectual/developmental disorders and innovative techniques of early childhood education. When called upon the panel reviews applications for funding and assures high relevance technical quality of the work supported.

Samai Sirithongthaworn, M.D. Dr. Samai is a child psychiatrist, Director of the Rajanagarindra Institute of Child Development, Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Public Health, Thailand. The Institute is located in Donkaew, Mae Rim, Chiang Mai, but it serves the entire country.
Bruce W. Pfeffer, M.D., M.P.H. Practicing paediatrician, Virginia, USA, specialist in behavioural and developmental paediatrics, especially attention-deficit disorders; associate professor, Georgetown University School of Medicine, associate professor, University of Virginia School of Medicine.
Peter Kunstadter, Ph.D. Retired professor of medical anthropology at the University of California, San Francisco. He has been working in northern Thailand since 1963 on a number of ethnographic, demographic, and epidemiological studies, primarily among highland minorities, in collaboration with several Thai universities.
Phyllis Magrab, Ph.D. Professor of Paediatrics, paediatric psychologist and director of the Georgetown University Center for Child and Human Development. Dr Magrab is a consultant to UNESCO and holds a UNESCO chair specifically designated for work to achieve universal primary education for the world's children.
